FREE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY GIVEAWAY 2011 | WINNERS!!!

I am pleased to announce the winning couple of my giveaway:  Rebecca and Ryan!!!

Their Story 

According to Rebecca, it was "love at first sight" when she first saw Ryan, at Sports day at KCCC.  However, she had to leave early, but knew that she had to get to know him.  When she saw him a couple of days later in a cafe, she took his phone and put in her number.  They became best friends after that, but Rebecca liked him more than a friend, although Ryan told everyone that he “wasn't that into her”…that they were only friends.  Rebecca provided numerous hints to let Ryan know that she wanted more than just friendship; however, Ryan remained friendly, showing no romance, which hurt Rebecca.

According to Ryan, the day they first met, he was only into sports.  However, once they became friends, they would study together, and eat lunch in the cafeteria together with friends.  There were constantly together, and although he denied his feelings, he became increasingly jealous when he would see Rebecca with another guy.  But, one thing that Rebecca didn't know is that Ryan was very shy and quiet, so asking her out didn't come easily.  One day he couldn't take it anymore, and asked her out. 

Finally, after a couple of missed opportunities, Ryan finally got the courage to ask Rebecca if she wanted to date him exclusively, while standing under the bridge of a park they both enjoyed.  Needless to say, Rebecca said yes...now fast forward 4 years later.

One Wednesday, before anyone arrived, Ryan got down on one knee and asked Rebecca to marry him, while inside of the church they attend.  Naturally, Rebecca accepted his proposal.

Ryan and Rebecca are both college students, graduating in June 2011, and both work part-time.  I awarded them the giveaway because they’re both dedicated to completing their education, while working at the same time.  But moreso, because they've both endured many ups and downs, with both of their Mothers having health issues.

I am honored to be photographing their wedding day on September 2, 2011.  Please see their photos below:

Contest Rules: This contest applies to those who cannot afford a wedding photographer.  Therefore, if you are having a “big lavish” wedding, then please do not enter.  This contest is just one of the ways that The Extraordinary Moments’ is “paying it forward” to those couples in need.  Family and friends may enter for the couple, but all applicable information must be provided about the wedding couple.  Please read the below rules carefully, as ALL steps must be followed to enter:

Y Your wedding date MUST be in 2011.

Y I must be available for your wedding date.

Y New inquiries only…not current clients.  [Sorry!]

Y Your story must be TRUE.  Any story that is fabricated will be immediately disqualified.

Y You must NOT have a photographer already booked.  Afterall, you are entering because you want me to photograph your wedding!  No exceptions, as I must be the exclusive photographer!!!

Y The winning couple agrees to have their story and some of their photos posted on my blog and website.

Y The wedding can be ANYWHERE!  However, if necessary, all travel expenses will be paid by the Bride & Groom.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER:  The winning couple will receive up to 6 hours of FREE wedding photography, TWO photographers, one - 16x20 Bride & Groom Portrait, and an online password-protected gallery to share with family and friends so they may view your wedding photos, and if they wish, purchase prints. 

All entries must be received by March 31, 2011.  The winning couple will be selected at random.  The winners will be notified directly on April 15, 2011 via email.  Some restrictions apply.
